11.1. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 to approve the resignation of Ben Hyre as a paraprofessional.

11.2. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 to approve the resignation of Ann Haaby as a paraprofessional.

11.3. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 to approve the resignation of Pam Wenzel as an elementary music teacher.

11.6. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682, that pursuant to Minn. Stat. 122A.40, subd. 51 and the District master agreement, the teaching contract of Kya Lee, a probationary teacher in Independent School District 682 shall be nonrenewed at the end of the 2023 - 2024 school year effective June 1st, 2024. Be it further resolved, that written notice be sent to said teacher regarding the nonrenewal of the teacher's teaching contract.

11.7. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682, that pursuant to Minn. Stat. 122A.40, subd. 51 and the District master agreement, the teaching contract of Sarah Johnson, a probationary teacher in Independent School District 682 shall be nonrenewed at the end of the 2023 - 2024 school year effective June 1st, 2024. Be it further resolved, that written notice be sent to said teacher regarding the nonrenewal of the teacher's teaching contract.

11.8. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 to approve calendar option C as presented for the 2024 - 2025 academic year.

11.9. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 to approve the elementary sections and 7-12 grade master schedule as presented.

11.10. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 to approve the sale of miscellaneous school tables, chairs and file cabinets for $1,000 to Mark Karl.
