10.1. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 approve high school senior Janna Preteau as a student non-voting representative on the Roseau School Board during the 2022-2023 academic year.
10.2. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 approve the hiring of  ___________________ for snow removal during the 2022 - 2023 and 2023-2024 academic years.
10.3. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 approve the hiring of _______________ as the Building and Grounds Supervisor.

     WHEREAS, the Minnesota State High School league Foundation was formed to provide support for Minnesota's high shool youth to participate in athletics and fine arts;
     WHEREAS, the MSHSL Foundation is offering grants and funding to assist school districts in recognizing, promoting and funding extracurricular participation by high school students in athletic and fine arts programs.
     THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseau School Board supports the District's application to the Minnesota State High School League Foundation for a FORM A grant to offset student activity fees.
