10. Proposed Resolutions November 16th, 2020

10.1. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 approve the Roseau School District Fiscal Year 2020 Independent Financial Audit as prepared and presented by Brady Martz.

10.2. A motion was made by ______________, seconded by _________________, BE IT RESOLVED the Board of Education of District 682 approve
     WHEREAS, the Minnesota State High School league Foundation was formed to provide support for Minnesota's high shool youth to participate in athletics and fine arts;
     WHEREAS, the MSHSL Foundation is offering grants and funding to assist school districts in recognizing, promoting and funding extracurricular participation by high school students in athletic and fine arts programs.
     THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseau School Board supports the Districts application to the Minnesota State High School League Foundation for a FORM A grant to offset student activity fees.
