Such requests shall be subject to the approval of the Superintendent and the Board President as determined by their relevance to a specific agenda item. The Superintendent will be responsible for any follow-up with individuals that have questions and/or set up a meeting if necessary. |

8. UNSCHEDULED PUBLIC COMMENT
The Board of Education recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues. Individuals are welcome to speak for five (5) minutes during this unscheduled public comment section of the Agenda. All statements shall be directed to the presiding officer; no person may address or question board members or the superintendent individually. In order to speak to the board, individuals must fill out a Public Comment Form with their name, address, and phone number and submit to designee prior to the start of the public comment section of the meeting. The superintendent will be responsible for any follow-up with individual/s that have questions and/or set up a meeting if necessary. |
