8.b. Band Camp Review
The Shamrock Marching Band is proud to present "Shades of Latin" as their 2024 Marching Show. Musical pieces are: "Malagueña", "Havana", and Maynard Ferguson's jazz standard "Conquistador".

• The band has 95 members - one of the largest student groups on campus.
• This week the band put their first two songs on the field with music and movement combined.
• Students enjoyed team building activities throughout the week - an egg toss, tuba relay race, and marching concentration block.
• The highlight of the week was Thursday's visit from the Oronoko Township Fire Department. The firefighters hosed down the band after a long day of hard work.
