1. PURPOSE
Description:  The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has limited indoor public gatherings. Utica Community Schools Board of Education will meet electronically. Members of the public wishing to comment on any topic, including the Reconfirmation of the Extended COVID-19 Learning Plan, during Public Communication may email a request to speak to boardpubliccommunication@uticak12.org between 6:30-6:55 p.m. The request must include name, address, phone number and topic. You will be called at the phone number you provide prior to the meeting and placed in a virtual lobby until the meeting begins. The call will come from an out-of-state number. You will be asked to enable your microphone when you are called upon to speak. If you have requested to speak, please listen to the meeting on your phone rather than live stream due to the brief lag time. Once your call is complete, you may join the meeting via live stream to continue listening.
