I. The Board of Trustees will hold a Special meeting at 5:45 p.m. on May 12, 2025, to act on the items specified in this agenda.

II. I. CALL TO ORDER: Announcement by the Chairman whether a quorum is present and the notice of the meeting has been posted for the time and manner required by law.

III. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the MESQUITE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT will meet at 5:45 o’clock p.m. on the 12th day of MAY, 2025, at 3819 Towne Crossing Blvd, Mesquite, Texas, and during such meeting will consider all matters incident and related to the canvassing of returns and declaring the results of School Trustee Election held on May 3, 2025.
