Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees approve a change order to the college's contract with Rehmann in the amount of $6,500 for additional services required for the implementation of GASB Statement No. 96.

11.3. Authorization for Purchases

11.3.A. Perkins Grant Fund - Canon Pro Camcorders and Accessories
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees approved the purchase of forty-two (42) Canon X860 Pro Camcorders and accessory sets in the total amount of $80,026 from B & H Photo-Video of New York, New York from the Perkins Grant fund.

11.3.B. Network Upgrade: Core Switching
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorize the Administration to execute a contract with Sentinel Inc. of Livonia, Michigan for network switching equipment, warranty, training and installation and configuration services in an amount not exceed $678,201.

11.3.C. State of Michigan Grant Fund - Critical Incident Mapping
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorize the Administration to enter into a contract, after review by the college's General Counsel, with The Critical Response Group of Ewing Township, New Jersey for critical incident mapping services in the total amount of $319,865 from a State of Michigan grant fund.

11.3.D. Student Success System Software (renewal)
Recommendation of Administration that the Board of Trustees authorize Administration to renew the College's student success and academic alert software, Inspire, provided by Civitas Learning, Inc. of Austin, Texas, for a period of two years in an amount not to exceed $130,000.
