V. Public Participation
Description:
Individuals who wish to make public comment virtually during the live streamed Board of Education meeting must complete and submit a form no later than 1:00 PM on March 8, 2021. Once the form is submitted the speaker will be sent a confirmation email and link to join the meeting at the appropriate time. Speakers will be admitted to the meeting via Zoom by the meeting host. Speakers will have three (3) minutes for public comment and adhere to Board Policy 2:230- Public Participation at School Board Meetings and Petitions to the Board when making comments. Members of the public may also make public comment in person at the meeting. |
