I. NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM
 

A quorum of the Dell City ISD Board of Trustees may be in attendance on Wednesday, February 28, 204 at 5:30 p.m. at the Grace Grebing. Library located at 300 Grebing Street for the TAPR Public Hearing.

This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the Dell City ISD Board of Trustees, but this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the school district will not deliberate or take any formal action on any items discussed, nor will meeting minutes be produced for this notice.

CERTIFICATION
I certify that a copy of this notice of a possible quorum was posted at the Dell City ISD Campus Offce, in a place convenient to the public, and on the Dell City ISD Website in compliance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
