Eduphoria serves as the district’s comprehensive platform for assessment management, data analysis, educator appraisal, and instructional planning. The Aware Premium and Strive applications provide campus and district leaders with tools to analyze student performance data, monitor instructional effectiveness, support continuous improvement efforts, and facilitate educator evaluation processes. The renewal of Eduphoria and Helpdesk services for the 2026-2027 school year will ensure continued access to assessment reporting, data analysis tools, professional growth management, and technical support services for all district campuses. The agreement also includes training and support resources to assist staff in the effective use of the system. |

This service contract with Seidlitz Education will provide targeted one-on-one coaching for teachers at three campuses in Donna ISD on the 7 Steps to a Language-Rich Interactive Classroom framework. The coaching will focus on strengthening instructional strategies that support emergent bilingual students and foster student engagement through structured academic interactions. The coaching will take place from October 2026 through March 2027 and is designed to build teacher capacity in implementing the district’s language acquisition initiatives.

IXL Mathematics and IXL Language Arts are included on the Texas Education Agency’s 2026-27 House Bill 1416 Ratio Waiver List for approved accelerated instruction products in grades 4-11. School systems implementing approved products with fidelity may utilize these resources as part of their accelerated instruction program while meeting HB 1416 requirements. The platform will support Donna ISD’s efforts to accelerate student learning, address unfinished learning, improve academic outcomes, and provide individualized intervention for students who have not yet met grade-level expectations. Funding this purchase through the Instructional Materials and Technology Allotment (IMTA) ensures the district maximizes state instructional materials funding to provide high-quality digital resources that support student achievement and state accountability goals. |

The Sharon Wells Mathematics program serves as the district’s supplemental mathematics resource for elementary students in grades Kindergarten through fifth grade. The annual purchase of consumable student materials in English and Spanish ensures that all students have access to standards-aligned instructional resources that support mathematics instruction, practice, and intervention throughout the school year.These consumable materials provide students with opportunities for daily skill development, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). The purchase supports the district’s continued commitment to providing high-quality instructional materials that meet the needs of both English and Spanish-speaking students and promote academic achievement in mathematics.

Teachers of tomorrow supports all teachers in choosing the certification program, test preparation program, and professional development solutions that best meets their needs. The MOU becomes effective on the date it is signed by both parties.
