V.C.d. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with Behavioral Health Solutions (BHSST) program which will remain in effect from September 1, 2022, until terminated by either party to provide access to the Monarch program.

V.C.f. Approve the Agreement with the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, on behalf of its School of Medicine, which will remain in effect for the initial term of the agreement for a period of two (2) years from the effective date.  Thereafter, the contracting parties may extend the agreement for one-year terms by mutual written agreement for up to four (4) renewal terms to provide access to Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHAAT).  Refer to Exhibit.

V.C.g. Approve the Agreement with UTRGV and DISD to implement provisions of affiliation agreement to provide students enrolled in university's programs within the College of Health Professions with educational experience utilizing the personnel, equipment, and facilities of DISD which will remain in effect from August 1, 2022 and end on July 31, 2027.  (The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) and Donna Independent School District (DISD) have previously executed an Affiliation Agreement effective on January 1, 2022.) Refer to Exhibit.
