4. “Deliberation and possible action to correct the minutes of the August 28, 2023, Board meeting that were adopted at the September 12, 2023, Board meeting that erroneously reflect at item #17 “Discussion/Action – Discounts for tax office” that the Board passed discounts for early tax payments for the 2023-2024 tax year. The Board actually voted at its August 28, 2023, Board meeting to reject offering any discounts for early tax payments. The Board will deliberate and possibly take action at this meeting to correct the minutes of the August 28, 2023, Board meeting to reflect that the vote at item #17 was to reject offering any early payment discounts on tax payment for the 2023-2024 tax year.”
