Description:
Following the Board's approval of the amended budget, several budget-related documents will be circulated for signature.

B. Presentation/Discussion of the 2022-23 School District Amended Budget Business Manager Griffin Sonntag will make a brief presentation outlining the major components of the amended budget proposal and changes from the amended budget provided last month. Following the presentation, any School Board Member questions will be addressed. Subsequently, questions from the public will also be addressed. C. Declare Amended Budget Hearing Closed at ______p.m. D. *Motion to Adopt the 2022-23 Amended School District Budget as Presented. Recommendation: That the Board of Education adopts the 2022-23 amended school district budget as presented. |

Approve the transfer of $600,000 from the Operations and Maintenance Fund to the Capital Projects Fund

Recommendation:
That the Board of Education approve the transfer of $600,000 from the Operations and Maintenance Fund to the Capital Projects Fund as described in the FY23 Budget and FY23 Amended Budget.

Approve the June 2023 Personnel Report
Description:
The June 2023 Personnel report is attached for approval. It contains the resignation of Carole Lee (Library Instructional Aide), Eric Tucker (Instructional Aide), Alison McKenna (3rd Grade Teacher), and Jessica Frye (Instructional Aide). The hiring of Holly Pretzie as a 4th-grade teacher at a salary of $41,189; Alec Buti as a social worker at PES at a salary of $49,040, and Gilberto Mendoza Cristobal (PMS Custodian) at a rate of $19.95 per hour.

Description:

Approve Consolidated District Plan
Description:
The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) has consolidated all grant planning, fund management, and reporting into a single system in an effort to streamline technical assistance and grant management. Our district's plans for Title I, IIA, and IDEA grants have been moved to one comprehensive plan, called the Consolidated District Plan. These plans were already in place, but must be re-submitted and approved under the umbrella of the Consolidated District Plan. We are seeking Board approval in order to submit the plan to the Illinois State Board of Education.
