I. Call to order

II. Comments from public: Anyone speaking must complete a form before the meeting begins.  Public comment during special school board meetings shall be limited to items on the agenda.

III. Consider an order authorizing the issuance of unlimited tax school building bonds; levying an additional ad valorem tax and providing for the security and payment of said bonds; approving an official statement; authorizing submission of the bonds to the Texas Attorney General

IV. Consider an order authorizing the issuance of unlimited refunding bonds; appointing a pricing officer and delegating the authority to approve the sale of the bonds; establishing certain parameters for the approval of such matters; and levying an annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the bonds; approving an official statement; authorizing the submission of the bonds to the Texas Attorney General
