I. Call to order and establish quorum

II. Comments from public: Anyone speaking must complete a form before the meeting begins.  Public comment during special school board meetings shall be limited to items on the agenda.

III. Consideration and adoption of an order authorizing the issuance of Salado Independent School District unlimited tax refunding bonds, Series 2021; levying a tax and providing for the security and payment thereof; authorizing a pricing officer to approve the award of the sale thereof in accordance with specified parameters; authorizing the redemption prior to maturity of certain outstanding bonds; and enacting other provisions related thereto
