XII. Update and report on due diligence and title investigation of the property under contract to purchase, identified as that certain 40 acre tract of land located in the Young Williams Survey, Abstract No. 861, Bell County, Texas, along with a Declaration of Private Access Easement of 1.076 acres, located in the Young Williams Survey, Abstract 861, Bell County, Texas, each being within that certain 235.320 acre tract of land recorded in Document No. 2021005414, Official Public Records, Bell County, Texas, from MissTex Investments, LLC.

XIII. Consideration and possible action on a Resolution and Amendment to the Contract for the Purchase of the surface only of the real property identified:  (1)  Tract One:  a 6.185 acre tract of land (along FM Highway 2484); (2) Tract Two:  2.747 acre tract of land (on Williams Road); and (3) 5.763 acre tract of land (on Williams Road), for a total of approximately 14.695 acres, located in the Young Williams Survey, Abstract No. 861, Bell County, Texas, being remaining portions of that called 266.527 acre tract recorded in Volume 4999, Page 292, from Campbell Branch Investments, LLC, Shannon Seib Managing, for $661,275.00, plus the costs related to the conveyance, for future development to support the educational mission of the school district.
