XII. ACTION ITEMS - Consent Agenda - Items may be removed from the consent agenda on the request of any one member.  Items not removed may be adopted by general consent without debate.  Removed items may be taken up either immediately after the consent agenda or placed later on the agenda at the discretion of the Board.

XII.A. Minutes

XII.A.1. Approve minutes from 12.17.25 regular meeting.

XII.A.2. Approve the confidentiality of closed session minutes and audio recording from July through December 2025.

XII.A.3. Approve the destruction of verbatim recordings of closed session meetings older than 18 months, per the Open Meetings Act (OMA). All closed meeting recordings prior to and including June 2024 will be destroyed.

XII.B. Bills and Payroll

XII.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $2.610,912.06

XII.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 12.20.25 in the amount of $1,465,708.84 and 1.15.26 in the amount of $1,432,843,98. Authorize the preparation and release of payroll dated 1.30.26 and 2.13.26.
