V.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 11.20.20 in the amount of $1,145,336.36. and 12.4.20 in the amount of $1,065,345.90.  Authorize the preparation and release of payroll dated 12.18.20, 12.31.20 and 1.15.20.
