V.A. Minutes

V.A.1. Approve minutes from the 5.17.17 special, closed and 5.24.17 special, closed and regular meetings.

V.B. Bills and Payroll

V.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $2,742,461.42

V.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 5.26.17 in the amount of $938,090.85, 6.9.17 in the amount of $944,259.37 and 6.23.17 in the amount of $916,731.33.   Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 7.7.17 and 7.21.17.

V.C. Approve District 100 Title 1 plan. The plan outlines the priorities for District 100 that will ensure our students will receive a high quality education through the use of Title 1 grant funds.

V.D. Approve the West 40 Intergovernmental Agreement.  This is an annual approval for participation in the West 40 Safe Schools Program for at-risk students

V.E. Adopt policies: 2:100 Board Member Conflict of Interest; 4:15 Identity Protection; 4:130 –E Free and Reduced Price Food Services; 5:120 Employee Ethics and Conduct; 5:285 Drug and Alcohol Testing for School Bus Drivers; 5:300 Schedules and Employment Year; 6:70 Teaching about Religions; 7:100 Health, Eye and Dental Examinations

V.F. Approve Food Service Contract

V.G. Approve Apple refresh lease # 17 for 230 iPads for $23,585.13 per year for 4 years.  This is a budgeted expense.. 

V.H. Approve District 100 surplus property, 210 iPad Mini's, 18 iPad 3's, 2 MacBook Air's, 8 iMacs.

V.I. Approve resolution adopting the prevailing wage rates for fy18.  This is an annual resolution posted in accordance with the law to pay prevailing wages.

V.J. Approve Professional Negotiation Agreement with SBEA for 2017-2019

V.K. Approve one student, Student Residency Verification #87, as a non-resident as discussed in closed session.
