V.E. Approve the fy18 YMCA agreement for services for before and after school care with Berwyn South School District 100.
|

V.F. Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Berwyn Health Department and Berwyn South School District 100 for the Eyes for Education Program. This will provide vision examinations and glasses, if necessary, through Tropical Optical Eye Care Center for students in need of this service.

V.G. Approve the fy18 School Policies and Discipline Guidelines/Student Handbook
|
|
V.H. Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Berwyn South School District 100 and South Berwyn Education Association/I.E.A. Custodian’s Unit to offer payment in lieu of health benefits.

V.I. Approve Comcast Enterprise Internet Service 3-year agreement at a cost not to exceed $4,200 per month. This is an e-rate funded expense and is budgeted.

V.J. Approve appointment of Jennifer Hosty as Treasurer for Berwyn South School District 100 effective July 1, 2017. This is a yearly appointment per Illinois School Code.

V.K. Approve tentative, amended fy17 budget. The amendment is necessary due to changes in the budget that result in expenditures greater than the initially adopted budget in any particular fund.
