Approve minutes from the 7.22.15 Special, Closed and Regular meetings.

V.B. Bills and Payroll

V.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $1,111,055.96.

V.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 9.4.15 in the amount of $928,911.45 and 9.18.15 in the amount of $926,599.47.  Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 10.2.15, and 10.16.15.

V.C. Adopt Policies - 4:115 Management Personnel - Use of District Vehicles; 7:20 Harassment of Students Prohibited; 7:170 Vandalism; 7:180 Prevention and Response to Bullying Intimidation and Harassment; 7:200 Suspension Procedure; 7:240 Conduct Code for Participants in Extracurricular Activities

V.D. Approve recognition of schools.  This is an annual State Board of Education (ISBE) requirement.

V.E. Approve fy16 school fundraisers.  School fundraisers that generate over $1,000 must have Board approval

V.F. Approve surplus of 188 antiquated SmartBoards.

V.G. Approve SmartBoard refresh at a cost not to exceed $625,572.  This is a budgeted expense.
