VI.A.1. Approve minutes from the 11.12.14 Special and 11.19 Special, Closed and Regular meetings.

VI.B. Bills and Payroll

VI.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $1,147,067.43

VI.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 11.21.14 in the amount of $921,651.37, 12.5.14 in the amount of $948,297.60 .  Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 12.19.14, 1.2.15  and 1.16.15.

VI.C. Adopt policies: 8:30 Visitors and Conduct on School Property.

VI.D. Approve student ID #49 as a non resident of Berwyn South School District 100

VI.E. Approve discipline action regarding student #1 as discussed in closed session.

VI.F. Approve amended Illinois State Board of Education Public School Calendar for the 2014 - 2015 school year.  Due to institute changes in the recently approved teacher's contract, the calendar must be amended. 

VI.G. Approve Liability Insurance Renewal 2015 for South Suburban Cooperative Insurance Pool (SSCIP) - $114,814.  This is a yearly Board approval for SSCIP, the general liability insurance for the district.

VI.H. Adopt resolution to authorize final aggregate tax levy for the year 2014. The tax levy must be filed by the last Tuesday in December.

VI.I. Adopt resolution providing for the issue of General Obligation Refunding School Bonds, Series 2014, of the District, for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding obligations of said School District, and providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and interest on said bonds.  This refinancing will be used to pay off older bonds originally issued at a higher interest rate.
