renewal of meal contract with Aramark. ISBE allows meal contracts to be renewed for 4 years after the first year of a successful bid. We are on year 2 of the current contract.

V.F. Adopt resolution 6.72 to comply with Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund's (IMRF) audit
findings.
This is a required, new IMRF form that includes the wording “since the date of plan inception”.

The amendment for the fy14 budget is necessary due to
changes in the budget that result in expenditures/revenue greater than the
initially adopted budget in any particular Fund.
