V.A.1. Approve minutes from the 2.12.14 Special, Closed and  2.26.14 regular, special and closed meetings

V.B. Bills and Payroll

V.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $1,320,246.82.

V.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 2.28.14 in the amount of $947,936.09 and 3.14.14 in the amount of $1,010,998.89.  Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 3.28.14 and 4.11.14.

V.C. Declare 3 families non residents.  Students who do not live within d100 boundaries are dropped from the roster.

V.D. Approve  2 broken milk coolers and 55 music stands as surplus property. 

V.E. Adopt resolution to waive the limitation on administrative costs for the school year 2013-2014.  This is an annual requirement by ISBE for school districts who rank in the lowest 25% of per pupil administrative expenditures. 

V.F. Adopt resolution 6.72 to comply with IMRF audit findings.  The purpose of resolution 6.72 is to include compensation paid under IRS Code 125 Plan as IMRF earnings.
