VI.A. Minutes

VI.A.1. Approve minutes from the 4.10.13 special, 4.23.13 special, closed, regular and 4.30.13 special and closed meetings.

VI.B. Bills and Payroll

VI.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $1,696,075.80.

VI.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 4.26.13 in the amount of $929,030.23 and 5.10.13 in the amount of
$924,097.30  Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 5.24.13, 6.7.13 and 6.21.13 .

VI.C. Approve tentative, amended fy13 budget.  The amendment for the fy13 budget is necessary due to changes in the budget that result in expenditures/revenue greater than the initially adopted budget in any particular Fund.

VI.D. Approve The State Construction Grant for security updates in the amount of $50,000.  The grant is being written for $100,000.  If awarded, local funds must match 50% of the grant.  

VI.E. Approve purchase of truck identification for 6 District 100 trucks - unbudgeted, $480. The Board of Education adopted a policy that all district vehicles be provided with School District 100 identification.

VI.F. Approve Heritage Middle School cafeteria furniture bid from School Specialty in the amount of $32,057.60.

VI.G. Approve Fanning Howey as D100 Architect of Record (AOR)

VI.H. Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with South Berwyn Education Association (SBEA) for an employee's medical leave of absence. 

VI.I. Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Berwyn Police Department.  This MOU outlines the collaboration between d100 and the BPD for the purpose of a grant providing resource officers for our schools.

VI.J. Approve disciplinary action of student - S8901-149440030 as discussed in closed session.
