VI.A. Minutes

VI.A.1. Approve minutes from the 2.13.13 special, 2.28.13 special and 2.27.13 special, closed and regular meetings.

VI.B. Bills and Payroll

VI.B.1. Approve payment of bills totaling $532,912.35.

VI.B.2. Confirm payment of the payroll for 3.1.13 in the amount of $928,733.21 and 3.15.13 in the amount of $932,156.88.  Authorize preparation and release of payroll dated 3.29.13 and 4.12.13 .

VI.C. Approve the memorandum of understanding between South Berwyn School District 100 and CEDA – Head Start.  This will enable our preschool programs to meet the needs of all families participating in state and federal preschool programs.

VI.D. Approve out of state travel for Dr. Fields, Mary Havis and Jim Swicionis.  They received an invitation from Governor Quinn to represent District 100 at the School Breakfast Challenge luncheon in Springfield on March 20th.

VI.E. Adopt Board-Superintendent Communications Commitment - This is a commitment between the Board of Education and the Superintendent on communication protocol.

VI.F. Approve purchase of truck identification for 6 District 100 trucks - unbudgeted, $480.  The Board of Education adopted a policy that  all district vehicles be provided with School District 100 identification.
