Two documents attached. As usual, I tried to estimate high. Being subject to PTELL, we won't get what we ask for - only what PTELL will allow.

9. Set a Special Meeting to hold the Truth in Taxation Hearing and Approval of the Tax Levy
Description:
Notice of the Tax Levy hearing must be on display 30 days prior to the hearing. Our December meeting is scheduled for December 10. That is only 28 days. We can either schedule a special meeting on December 16 or move the regular meeting to a date after December 12.

Description:
Exception 1:
We need to discuss the first round of principal interviews. We interviewed five candidates: Jordan Bear, Yvonne West, Cody Lewis, Leigh Ann Stuckemeyer, and Mary Ellen Thomas. We need to narrow down the finalists and come up with a time to interview finalists as a whole board. Exception 2: Nothing at this time Exception 10: Mrs. Helmers would like to discuss a returning student to NES and why we may need to consider employing an additional paraprofessional. Exception 11: I have heard nothing else from the attorney on the lawsuit. |
