Description:  1.  $1,000 from Country Financial Services to Neoga FFA

Description:  We need to vote to approve the audit report as presented by Mr. Brown.

9. Set Hearing Date and Time for Waiver Request
Description:  I am asking to set the date and time for the hearing on the tuition waiver for November 12, 2020, at 6:15 PM.  I will be busy getting appropriate notifications sent to legislators, notifications on the district website, and to Michelle Rentfro.  I will also check to be sure the language is correct for the November agenda.
10. Review Monthly Cash Flow Report

Closed Session for Exception 1, the employment compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body; Exception 2, Collective bargaining matters between the school board and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees; Exception 9, Student Disciplinary Cases; Exception 10, The placement of individual students in special education  programs and other matters relating to individual students; Exception 11, Pending litigation
Description:  Exception 1 - *We have advertised for the elementary principal position.  We need to discuss the pay range.  I am gathering information from similar-sized districts in the area.
*Should we discuss a timeline for my retirement and replacement.  I would recommend advertising in July/August, hiring around September/October so a search can begin to fill positions if we hire an internal candidate.

Exception 2 - Should we begin discussing the salary schedule for teachers?

Exceptions 9 and 10 - Mr. Haarman and I can update you on a disciplinary situation that took place on September 22 and the resulting actions taken as a result.

Exception 11 - No information to share at this time.
