2. NOMINATION OF PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE
The Recording Secretary will entertain nominations for President Pro Tempore, to be elected by a roll call vote.

3. ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD

3.1. Election of Officers

3.1.1. President

3.1.2. Vice President

3.1.3. Secretary

4. CONSENT AGENDA
NOTE:  Items under the Consent Agenda are considered routine and are enacted under one motion.  There is no separate discussion of these items prior to the Board vote unless a Board member requests that an item be removed from the agenda for separate action.

SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to waive the reading of and approve the Consent Agenda as printed in the Board Agenda. OR Move to approve the Consent Agenda including a schedule of meeting dates and times.

4.1. Establishment of a Schedule of Meeting Dates and Times

5. Approval to go into Closed Session for the Purposes of Discussing:

5.1. "Consideration of Executive Session Minutes to be made available to the public."

5.2. "Consideration of Executive Session Audio Recordings to be destroyed."

5.3. "Collective negotiating matters between the District and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees."

"The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity."
