The Business and Accounting Committee meets before the meeting to review the financial reports and list of bills.  Any Board member is welcome to attend the committee meeting or to seek clarification from the Chief Financial Officer.

SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to waive the reading of and approve the Consent Agenda as printed in the Board Agenda. OR Move to approve the Consent Agenda including minutes; routine personnel matters; financial reports; bills payable; a request to schedule a final and organizational meeting of the Board; Cintas Facilities Solutions agreement for mops and towels; the 2021-22 parent and student handbook; and Woodstock North High School co-curricular fundraising requests.
