Items under the Consent Agenda are considered routine and are enacted under one motion.  There is no separate discussion of these items prior to the Board vote unless a Board member requests that an item be removed from the agenda for separate action.

The Business and Accounting Committee meets before the meeting to review the financial reports and list of bills.  Any Board member is welcome to attend the committee meeting or to seek clarification from the Chief Financial Officer.

SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to waive the reading of and approve the Consent Agenda as printed in the Board Agenda. OR Move to approve the Consent Agenda including minutes; routine personnel matters; financial reports; bills payable; policy revisions to policies (4:55-Use of Credit and Procurement Cards, 4:80-Accounting and Audits, 4:90-Student Activity and Fiduciary Funds, 5:270-Employment At-Will, Compensation, and Assignment, 6:300-Graduation Requirements, 6:340-Student Testing and Assessment Program, 7:100-Health, Eye, and Dental Examinations; Immunizations; and Exclusion of Students, 7:300-Extracurricular Athletics and Co-Curricular Activities, and 7:325-Student Fundraising Activities) for a second reading; and Out-of-District tuition rates for 2021-2022.
