Footnote 4 is updated in response to final regulations implementing Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (Title II), requiring school districts to implement the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.1, Level AA for their web content and mobile apps. The Legal References are updated for continuous improvement.
