Description:  Recommendation: To approve the consent agenda as presented. 

II.B. WTC Roof Top Unit Replacement - Helen McNamara
Description:  This item is regarding the on-going replacement of the mechanical system packaged roof top units (RTU) at the Wilson Talent Center.  The bid award recommendation is the result of a sealed bid conducted in March 2018.

Recommendation: To award the bid for WTC roof top units for the total amount of $123,500, for (2) two Daiken units including installation, to Wm. Floyd Mechanical Contractors, Grand Blanc, MI. 

II.C. 2018 Great Start Parent Coalition Trust Advisors- 7C Lingo - Helen McNamara
Description:  This item is for purchased services from 7C Lingo to provide translation services under the 2018 Great Start Parent Coalition Trusted Advisors grant. 

Recommendation: To approve the purchase of translation services from 7C Lingo (Lansing MI) in an amount not to exceed $36,000 for services to be provided through September 30, 2018.

II.D. Eaton RESA Technology Services Amendment - Helen McNamara
Description:  Ingham ISD partners with Eaton Regional Education Service Agency (Eaton RESA) to provide technology services. Eaton RESA desires for Ingham ISD to add instructional data services in addition to the existing technology services.

Recommendation: To approve the Technology Services agreement amendment with Eaton RESA for the addition of instructional data services, for the estimated amount of $139,000 for 2018-19 and $144,560 for 2019-20, with the actual fee to be based on the actual salary and benefits cost incurred, plus fifteen percent. 

II.E. WTC Culinary Program Food Purchases - US Foods - Helen McNamara
Description:  The Wilson Talent Center’s Culinary program purchases food supplies for classroom instruction and catering from several vendors. This action item is to authorize purchases from US Foods for 2018-19.

Recommendation: To authorize the purchase of food supplies from US Foods, during 2018-19 for the WTC Culinary Arts program, in an amount not to exceed $35,000.

II.F. Waverly Business Services Agreement - Helen McNamara
Description:  This item is for the Business Services agreement with Waverly Community Schools for payroll and benefit services. The agreement is for the three-year period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2021. 

Recommendation: To approve the three-year Business Services agreement with Waverly Community Schools for payroll and benefits services, in amount of $155,591 for 2018-19, $160,259 for 2019-20, and $165,067 for 2020-21.  
II.G. Space Lease Agreement for Early On - Helen McNamara
Description:  This action item is to authorize the superintendent to finalize and execute a lease agreement for the Early On program.  

Recommendation: To authorize the Superintendent to finalize and execute a five-year lease agreement for the Early On program, with Holiday Park Realty LLC, for 10,300 square feet of space at 6520 Mercantile, Lansing MI, at a rate of $9.50 per square foot and annual lease amount of $97,848.

III.A. 2018-19 General Education Proposed Budget - Helen McNamara
Description:  The General Education 2018-19 proposed budget will be reviewed. 
III.B. Heartwood Room 350 Renovation - Helen McNamara
Description:  Discussion of renovations that are planned for Heartwood room 350 this summer. The renovations include new flooring, casework, and painting of the room.


III.C. Dean Transportation - Helen McNamara
Description:  Purchased services agreement with Dean Transportation to provide Ingham ISD consortium routing services for Lansing School District for 2018-19.

III.D. Instructional Data Specialist - Susan Tinney
Description:  Eaton RESA has requested a position to work with districts to support, analyze and build sustainable systems based on instructional data. 

III.E. Increase in FTE - ASD Teachers at Heartwood - Susan Tinney
Description:  Request to increase FTE by 1.0 will be reviewed.

IV.A. 2017 Great Start Parent Coalition Trusted Advisors - 7C Lingo - Helen McNamara
Description:  Update for a modification of the contracted services agreement with 7C Lingo to provide translation services under the 2017 Great Start Parent Coalition Trusted Advisors grant.
IV.B. Transportation Regional Training Agency - Helen McNamara
Description:  Information regarding the planning being done for Ingham ISD to become a regional transportation training agency for bus drivers within Ingham ISD, Clinton RESA and Eaton RESA.
