3. COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE - Discussion of the Lincoln Hall Middle School Reconstruction Project. Discussion will include the multi-year facility reconstruction project, and discussion of various financial scenarios relative to supporting this reconstruction project. Action will be recommended to be taken on approval of the multi-year Lincoln Hall Middle School Reconstruction Project Plan as well as to begin reconstruction on Phase I in Spring 2016.

Rationale: It is recommended that the Board of Education approve moving forward with the Lincoln Hall Middle School Reconstruction Project - Phase I, to begin construction in Spring 2016. Recommended Motion: I move that the Lincolnwood School District 74 Board of Education approve moving forward with the Lincoln Hall Middle School Reconstruction Project - Phase I to commence in Spring 2016.
