Description:
Rationale: The Board of Education approves expenses in excess of $10,000 and new contracts for the improvement of the District's facilities. Recommended Motion: I move that the Lincolnwood School District 74 Board of Education approves Amendment no. 1 to the Performance Contracting Agreement with Siemens Building Technology, Inc. in the amount of $1,587,761.00 which is to include the replacement of Air Conditioning Units, Chillers, Unit Ventilators, Domestic Water Booster Pumps, and other improvements throughout the District as specified in the amendment's scope of work.
