Description:  Topic: This might be resolved, before the meeting, but I want to discuss the possibility of not sending out schedules this week so we can make sure they are correct.  This does not affect our BTS fair because all they need are locker assignments at that time.  I am concerned that this will delay the elementary schools sending out their homeroom in information.

Description:  Topic:This year, we are teaching up to 2:15 then dismissing.  This means that students will not be leaving MJHS on the busses until 2:20 PM. This should not affect any other school.  Prior to last year, our clocks were 5 minutes slower than the rest of the district and there was not a problem.  I just want everyone to be aware of the change. Bus drivers may complain.

Description:  Topic Description: In the spring we talked about a stipend for teachers who give up their lunch to supervise the lunchroom.  Since we have only one building aide, we are in need of more staff in the lunch room during lunch periods.  Hiring a staff member with a stipend is much cheaper than a part-time building aide (we have tried to hire people for two hours in the past and we have tried volunteers with no success)

Deadline - Before our Friday Meeting with MTA leadership          

Outcome - We need to have a resolution to this topic with an agreed stipend so I can post and secure supervision. 

Description:  Topic Description: I received a call about how we plan to handle transgender bathroom issues.  I need to respond and I want to do so in a consistent manner.

Outcome - A consistent message about how we are going to handle any Transgender Bathroom/Locker Room Issues if they arise.
