Description:

II.B. Removal of Dust Collection System Timeframe
Description:
Following recent BOE approval, we are targeting November 1-3 for removal of the dust collection system.

II.C. Removal of MacArthur Sign
Description:
The MacArthur "marquis" sign is no longer operational. we are working on a plan to remove and cap the electrical, replacing it with a wood sign, as was the case at Ross & Sullivan.

II.D. DRAFT Bid for Services - Snow Removal & Ice Control
Description:
The DRAFT solicitation has been attached for Committee review. We are planning for BOE action at the end of October.

II.F. IGA with Prospect Heights Park District - KinderStop Program in 2027-28 School Year
Description:
Discussions continue around the IGA between the Prospect Heights Park District and the District regarding the hosting of the KinderStop Program at Eisenhower School, starting in 2027-28. The agreement is in DRAFT form and will ideally, be brought to the Board for action in October.

II.G. Pricing Solicitation - Natural Gas
Description:
Our natural gas agreement expires on November 30th of this year, and we have a deadline on November 15th to make a change to a new supplier.
While rates are still attractive, we don't want to be exposed to the open market over winter. We are proactively working with our partners at Nania Energy to provide rates for our review and BOE action in October? |
