II.B. Specialty Floors - MacArthur Gymnasium Floor Refinishing
Description:
The proposal for annual services has been attached for the Committee's review.

II.C. Update on Ross/Sullivan Garden
Description:
Amy will provide a brief update on the Garden and the plans for installation this summer.

II.D. Patriot Paving - Additional Concrete Work
Description:
During the walk-through with the awarded vendor for seal coating and concrete repairs, a few small items were identified that will likely be added to the paving work this summer, including: curbs/bollards at the Sullivan rear entrance, additional asphalt at Schoenbeck bus entry, and one additional square of concrete (Sullivan sidewalk).

II.E. Required Installation of Fire Rated Doors in the Grodsky Basement
Description:
Following citations from the ROE/Fire Marshall, we will need to install fire-rated doors leading into the Grodsky basement. A proposal has been attached for the Committee's review. Following approval, work will be scheduled over the summer.
