II. ROLL CALL
Description:
PRESENT: Mrs. Botwinski, Mr. Greidanus, Dr. Long, Mrs. McClaney,
Mr. Novak, Mr. Nordmark, and Mrs. Peters. ABSENT: No one. ALSO PRESENT: Dr. Don Angelaccio, Superintendent, Dr. Craig Curtis Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning, Mrs. Amy McPartlin, Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations and Dr. Chrystyna Sroka Assistant Superintendent for Student Services. |

III. ELECTION OF PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY PRO-TEM FOR THE PURPOSE OF BOARD REORGANIZATION
Description:
A temporary President must be elected to serve at the outset of the new Board reorganization. The Board may choose to assign the responsibility of the pro tem secretary duties to an administrator or the Board may choose to elect a temporary secretary. A voice vote may be taken. Any member can serve in the temporary roles.

V. RECOGNITION OF VISITORS AND PARTICIPATION
Description:
At each regular and special open meeting, members of the public and district employees may comment on or ask questions of the Board of Education. If you would like to address the Board, please complete the form and give it to Mrs. O'Donnell, our recording secretary.

VI. CONSENT AGENDA
Description:
Tonight's Consent Agenda includes the approval of the minutes from the Regular Meeting and the Executive Session on April 10, 2025.

VII. FINANCIAL REPORT
Description:
Attached is the memo recommending payment of the voucher lists for materials, supplies, and services paid since the last BOE meeting. In addition, the District payments for salaries and insurance benefits during the previous month are included for approval. Those documents are all included for your review.

VIII. ADJOURN SINE DIE
Description:
Adjourning "Sine Die" is a ceremonial procedure that closes the term of the current Board of Education. It formally marks the end of the work of the past board, making way for the new board to take seat and begin their work.
