II.A. Guest & Visitor Management Proposals
Description:
As we continue to look at efficient ways to address building safety and security, Chris and Raf have been working to address building needs for improved Guest/Visitor Management. Preliminary proposals have been attached for FY26 work, pending funding availability.

II.B. Garden Box Proposal - Vego Elevated Garden Boxes
Description:
Amy will share the proposal for the garden boxes for the new Ross Sullivan Community Garden. Boxes will be fully paid for by the PTO. An updated design for the garden has been attached for Committee review.

II.C. Eisenhower LED Lighting Update
Description:
Lighting work was completed at Eisenhower School over the Thanksgiving Break. The LED retrofit cam at no cost to the District.

II.D. Landscaping Services Bid - UPDATE
Description:
Formal notice of cancelation has been sent to our current vendor for landscaping services, HL Landscaping (Joliet, IL). The attached bid document has been developed and released. Bids will be opened on December 12th, with BOE action in January.

Description:
We have asked the PHYBS for an update on their requested electrical work. We hope to have an update too share at the Committee meeting.
