II.A. Discussion of Summer 2024 Work - Windows, Siding & Door Replacements
Description:
ARCON will present a revised budget and alternate plans for consideration. This project will include the siding, windows, doors, and cameras at MacArthur, Sullivan, and Ross that were a part of the referendum campaign. A copy oftheir DRAFT presentation has been attached for review.

Description:
Rafael and Amy will provide an update regarding the current projects completed and underway this Summer, including furniture replacements, painting, HVAC work and Sullivan plumbing.

II.C. Review of Remaining 2023 Planned Projects
Description:
Amy and Raf will share an update on several remaining projects this Summer, including building signage, evacuation maps, fencing replacements, whiteboard replacements at Eisenhower and remaining asphalt work in the Sullivan back lot.
