II.A. Review of FY2022 Tentative Budget
Description:
The FY2022 Tentative Budget has been attached and will be discussed in depth at our meeting.

II.B. Five Year Projection Model
Description:
The projections are still in process of being finalized with Forecast5 for the August Board meeting. Initial projections have been attached and will be reviewed and discussed with the Finance Committee.

II.C. Review of ESSER III Plan for Allocation
Description:
Amy will provide a brief overview of current plans for ESSER III funding, following discussions with staff and administration. An initial discussion will be had with the Board in August with action planned for September.

II.D. Review of Polish School Rental Agreements
Description:
Renewal rental contracts have been attached for each of the Polish schools. Hourly rates have been aligned with District costs for custodial services and are now equal to one another. Differential remains in levels of usage for each program.

II.E. Financial Reporting to the Committee
Description:
At the July meeting, the year-end financials were discussed. At this point, the month of July is still open. FY2021 year-end Forecast5 reports have been attached for all funds.

II.F. Registration Fee Collection to Date
Description:
Amy will provide an update on the Registration Fee collections to date. Three Fee Payments Nights have been held to assist our families with online payments, Fee Waiver and Payment Plan applications.

II.G. Discussion of Transportation Contract
Description:
2021-22 is the last year of our current agreement with First Student. Illinois School Code gives districts the option to negotiate transportation contracts with their current vendor, one year at a time, provided that no outside vendor requests the opportunity to provide a proposal. District 23 and Wheeling CCSD 21 will be engaging First Student to discuss this opportunity. Should they not agree to move forward, we will move ahead with a formal bid process, in cooperation with Wheeling CCSD21.
