Discussion:
Paving - Work has been completed, ARCON currently compiling final paperwork.
HVAC - Emcor (mechancial contractor) has completed work and is offsite. Honeywell is onsite to manage final BAS downloads, Test & Balance contractor and commissioning agent scheduled for week of August 3. |
II.B.1. Discussion of Financial Tracking Sheet for Summer 2020 Construction
Discussion:
Attached is the Master Project Tracking summary updated as of 7/31. The totals described on the sheet, reflect pay requests submitted and recommended to be approved by the Board at the August meeting.
Chicagoland Paving will be 100% paid out. There was a total credit of ($32,500) after final change orders were processed, reducing the final contract amount from $362,000 to $329,500 EMCOR and Honeywell will complete billing for the September Board pending receipt of final paperwork and closeout documents.
