First Read of PRESS Policy Vol. 104 2:220 Board of Education Meeting Procedure - Update Provides for and describes the guide lines for virtual meetings during a pandemic. 2:220-E9 Exhibit - Requirements for No Physical Presence of Quorum and Participation by Audio or Video During Disaster Declaration Helpful checklist for ensuring compliance with Open Meetings Act. 4:180 Pandemic Preparedness - Rewritten Update In addition to the specific language we will approve in the DRAFT prepared by our legal counsel, PRESS has developed additional language. 7:40 Nonpublic School Students, Including Parochial and Home-Schooled Students - 5 Year Review 7:190 Student Behavior - Update Adds language relative to the Isolated Time-out and Restraint orders. 7:340 Student Records - Update Adds Opt Out language for Student Directory information. 7:345 Use of Educational Technologies; Student Data Privacy and Security - New Compliance with Student Online Personal Protection Act and language for operator contracts.
