Mr. Pigozzi, moved; ____________seconded: That the board accept the recommendations outlined in the attached group motion, including a Notice to Remedy, three administrative, 17 certified appointments, three certified leaves, one certified retirement, and three classified separations; approve May 2012 Board open and closed session meeting minutes; accept Finance, Policy and Park Joint Agreement minutes, authorize destruction of closed session audio recordings, approve May payrolls in the amount of $6,477,244, invoices of $5,420,039 and April budget amendments; accept gifts offered for Bessie Rhodes, Washington, and Dewey Schools, and grants from the Evanston Community Foundation, approve policies listed in 15 a-p on the agenda; approve transportation hazards; payment of the renewal premiums for the Collective Liability Insurance Cooperative and School Employee Loss Fund; adopt the Prevailing Wage Resolution; adopt the formal resolution for Working Cash Fund Transfers; and formal resolution for transfer of interest from debt service fund to the IMRF fund; adopt the formal resolution for a 457 Plan; adopt the 2012-13 school board meeting schedule; approve the Foster Field lease notification; and approve the master lease and schedules for technology, all as outlined in the accompanying documents and attached group motion (insert documents into permanent minutes).
