•  It was moved by Ms. Quattrocki; seconded by ________:  I move that the Board of Education accept the recommendations in the attached group motion to approve personnel appointments and leaves, a settlement agreement and approve the recommended teacher track movement; approve October open and closed session board meeting minutes, accept the board finance and green committee minutes; authorize destruction of closed session audio recording; approve October payrolls in the amount of $6,114,304 and invoice payments in the amount of $5,889,281; approve September budget amendments; accept gifts presented for Dewey, Lincoln and Haven Schools; and adopt the attached formal resolution in compliance with the Truth in Taxation law estimating the 2011 levy and scheduling a public hearing on December 19, 2011 (insert documents into permanent minutes).
