A. ROUTINE

A.1. Call to Order - The President of the Board of Education will call the meeting to order and will ask those in attendance to join him in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

A.2. Strategic Planning Design Team Session 

A.3. Public Participation -  The Board President will ask if there is anyone who wishes to address the  Board on any matter or agenda item. Patrons may address the Board after providing the following information. No Board action is required.

• Name and address of participant
• Group affiliation if and when appropriate, and
• Item to be addressed.
