Illinois law requires that a public hearing be held prior to the adoption of the Truth in Taxation law. A public hearing is not a dialog or question-and-answer session between the Board and the audience. It is a time when the public can present information and express opinions. The Board's role is to listen intently to all comments presented by the public and then consider those comments when the Board deliberates on the adoption of the levy. |

You only sent first name last name and salary which is not what I asked for furthermore I am now requesting the personnel file of the freedom of information Officer who was assigned to this request Please remember accountability and transparency should be your greatest work doing while working as a servant for the people.

Katherine Casey submitted the following FOIA request on November 16, 2023: Under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140, I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records related to the literacy curriculum used within your district. Specifically, I am looking for: 1) the names of the universal/core curricula currently used to teach reading in Kindergarten through 3rd grade, 2) the grade levels these are used if there are multiple reading curricula, 3) the dates the reading curricula were purchased, 4) and if there are plans to purchase different literacy curricula in the future.

11.D. Patrick Lee submitted the following FOIA request on November 27, 2023: I am doing public research and would like to request your latest IAQ and Environmental Testing for your schools. I am seeking the actual report that includes mold spore sampling data for each of your schools. I understand if certain floorplan info needs to be redacted from the reports and I pre-accept these redactions as you see required. If you have not ever conducted any IAQ and Environmental Testing for your schools, you can let me know in your response accordingly.
