Description:  There are several areas of service or supplies that are at the end of their contracts and that are required to be part of the bid process.  The District will need to seek bids for the following items:

Recommended Motion(s):  That the Board of Education authorize administration to seek bids for the items as presented.
VI.E. Consideration of approval for 2020-2021 Registration Fees

Description:  The Board of Education will review proposed District fees for 2020-2021 which do not reflect any increases.
Food Service fees have not been determined for 2020-2021 due to a delay in receiving information from USDA that is required for the calculation.  We will approve Food Service fees at a future Board of Education meeting.
Recommended Motion(s):  That the Board of Education adopt the registration fees stated on the attached schedule along with any modifications requested by the Board of Education, and with the the exception of Food Service Fees.
VI.F. Consideration of Voluntary Student Accident Insurance Program for 2020-2021 School Year

Description:  This is a voluntary student accident insurance program that parents/guardians can purchase for their students. The District provides a program option, but is not responsible for enrolling or paying premiums for the students.

Information regarding the program will be available online and at registration.
Recommended Motion(s):  That the Board of Education approve the voluntary student accident insurance offered throuth Zevitz-Redfield & Associates, Inc. utilizing Gerber Life Insurance Company for the year 2020-2021.
